\nWhy you got into EMS:<\/strong> I was life guarding one day and had a little boy fall off the monkey bars in the park. I was called over to look at the boy \/ provide basic first aid. Obvious forearm fracture and he was with a baby sitter no older than Freshman in high school. We called 911 and Essex Rescue showed up. When the crew got out of the truck 5 people walked over to the scared little boy. After seeing this many people show up to one scared little boy I wondered\u00a0how I could assist in the future.<\/div>\n
