Welcome to Lyndon Rescue Inc.<\/p>\n

Lyndon Rescue Inc., formerly known as Lyndon State Rescue Squad<\/a>, was founded in 1972 and became a full-time ambulance service in 1996. We are proud to serve the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, operating out of our station located on the Northern Vermont University-Lyndon campus.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Today, Lyndon Rescue maintains a fleet of three ambulances, staffed by eight full-time members and more than two dozen part-time and per diem crew members. Our crews respond to emergencies around the clock, providing advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) services across the region. In recognition of our dedication to patient care and community service, we were honored as Vermont Ambulance Service of the Year in 2009.<\/p>\n

We are also proud to have been recognized by the Vermont Department of Health as a Pediatric Safe ambulance service, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the highest standards of care for children and families in our community.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Our mission goes beyond responding to emergencies\u2014we\u2019re committed to education, community outreach, and supporting the health and safety of the Kingdom. Whether it\u2019s training with local schools, hosting CPR and first aid courses<\/a>, or volunteering our coverage at community events, we\u2019re here to make a difference.<\/p>\n

In addition to emergency response, Lyndon Rescue promotes safety initiatives such as free child safety seat checks<\/a> by certified technicians and encouraging residents to post clearly visible 911 address signs<\/a>. These simple steps save time in emergencies and help ensure responders can reach you quickly when seconds count.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
